    This file includes supplemental data for the above-referenced publication, including:
    A1. Search databases, definitions, dates, and details for the queries used to collect articles meeting study criteria.
    A2. Study-level characteristics for included studies. Author, publication year, care recipient setting, study sample, condition focus, and stated aims were extracted directly from the publication. The richness score and sampling bucket were assigned by the study team.
    A3. Confidence in the Evidence from Reviews of Qualitative Research (CERQual) results were generated by the study team using the method of Lewin et al, 2015.
    A4. Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) tool was used to appraise each study in terms of validity of study results per Long et al, 2020. CASP reviews were performed by one qualitative analyst on the study team, and overread by a second reviewer. Discrepancies were resolved through consensus or input from a third reviewer.
    A5. Template of the study-level characteristics that were extracted for each qualifying manuscript
    A6. Data Collection codebook: This framework contained both deductive and inductive codes was developed by the lead study analyst and edited iteratively amongst the study team.
