Kunshan is a county-level city in southeastern Jiangsu Province, China, administered by the prefecture-level city of Suzhou and bordering Shanghai to the east. Compiled by the Duke Kunshan University Library in summer 2026, this bilingual (Chinese–English) Microsoft Excel dataset documents cultural, historical, and tourism-related sites in Kunshan for "Where Waters Remember: Kunshan in Qian Li's Pen Drawings (文脉昆山: 钱笠钢笔画里的江南风物)" exhibition. Each record represents a single site and includes the site name, geographic coordinates (WGS 1984), address, administrative division, construction and renovation dates (recorded as exact years, approximate periods, or descriptive text), associated dynasty or historical era (where available), site or architectural type, descriptive information, and the source(s) used to compile the record.
