This is a requirement of the original dataset creator] MedRedFlag is a dataset of 1,103 medical question–answer pairs drawn from the r/AskDocs subreddit (July 2013 – April 2022) via the MedRedQA corpus (https://data.csiro.au/collection/62454). Each pair consists of a patient question that contains one or more false assumptions and a verified physician response that redirects the question. Annotations include the extracted false assumptions and, for a 100-example test set, physician-defined conditions for what would constitute an accommodating response. The dataset was constructed using a GPT-5-based pipeline with physician validation.
