This repository contains raw and processed in vitro datasets associated with the manuscript "Matrix stiffness induces endothelial network senescence." The dataset includes hydrogel characterization, AFM-based microrheology measurements, swelling and degradation analyses, qPCR Ct values, western blot images and quantification, immunofluorescence images and quantification, Luminex cytokine analysis, and vessel morphology analysis.
The study investigates how extracellular matrix stiffening drives endothelial cell senescence using a 3D human in vitro vascular model. Data were generated using rheology, atomic force microscopy, quantitative PCR, western blotting, immunofluorescence imaging, cytokine profiling, and image-based vessel analysis. Detailed experimental procedures and data processing methods are described in the associated manuscript.
Human tissue datasets, including immunofluorescence images and quantitative analyses associated with Figure 4 and Figures S5–S7, are available separately through the DOCR Zenodo collection.
