DATA SOURCE INFORMATION Title of Data: The Integrated Precipitation and Hydrology Experiment – Hydrologic Applications for the Southeast US (IPHEx-H4SE) Time-Invariant Datasets Date: 2013 Creator/Author of Data: Jing Tao and Ana P. Barros Abstract Several time-invariant datasets are included as references for the time-variant data. These files include domain coordinates for the study domain, a digital elevation model for the study domain, MODIS landcover from MODIS yearly product MCD12Q1, and soil parameters, which include saturated hydraulic conductivity, porosity, field capacity and wilting point extracted from the STATSGO database. All the time-invariant datasets are provided in ascii files. The cellsize is 1000 meter, thus there are 610 rows and 716 columns in total over the whole domain. Ocean area is filled with NaN. Missing data is represented by -9999. Geolocation: All the datasets are provided in the projection of UTM 17N (WGS84), resolution 1Km, the boundary info: Top 4135816.67952 Left 57548.6334476 Right 773548.633448 Bottom 3525816.67952 DUKESPACE NAVIGATION A consistent date format was used for creating filenames, and dates are stored in chronological order. Datasets are denoted in the format yyyy-mm-dd, and monthly datasets are denoted by yyyy-mm. Use the find feature (Ctrl+F for Windows) in your browser, or scroll to the desired date. NOTE: Data for this project were migrated from DukeSpace to DDR in 2017. Filenames have not changed, but files are now organized by month and year. To find the desired date, please scroll to the appropriate month.
