This README file contains information about the data used in the paper "Glassy, Gardner-like Phenomenology in Minimally Polydisperse Crystalline Systems" published in Physical Review E. The relevant data for this work can be found in this folder, as explained below. GLASSINESS (Figure 2) The data on the thermal hard sphere Monte Carlo runs of the crystal HS1 are in folder gardnerHS1. In the subfolder deltaHS1 one can find the average delta over all runs. Inside the deltaHS1 folder there are subfolders labeled with the number of particles N and polydispersity s, N2000_s*. For example the folder N2000_s0 contains results for N=2000 particles and s=0.0 polydispersity. In each N2000_s* folder there are 2 sets of files: i) betaP*.dat where *=phi contain the final averaged pressure and its standard deviation for the corresponding phi. The pressure data appear in Figure2b,2d and S1. ii) delta*.dat where *=phi contain the timeseries (time, delta) averaged over all successful runs at the respective phi. The delta*.dat data were used to produce the Delta vs time curves in Figure2a, and also support Figure 2b. In the deltaHS1AB folder are the average deltaAB results. In each subfolder the number of particles N and polydispersity s is given as above N2000_s*. In each N2000_s* folder there are 2 sets of files: i) dAB*.dat with *=phi, which is used to plot the DeltaAB lines (constant vs time) in Figure2a and also support Figure2b. ii) dABs_N2000_s*_phi**.dat for s=* and phi=** contain all the final delaAB's. The skewness in Figure 2c is extracted from this data. At the top level in folder gardnerHS1 there are 3 files with collected data from all runs: i)betaP_phi_N2000_s*.dat (*=s) contain the phi, average final pressure and standard deviation of pressure used in Figure 2b and Figure S1. ii) d_dab_betaP_phi_N2000_s*.dat (*=s) contain the phi, pressure, DeltaAB and Delta average final values used in Figure 2b. iii) skewDab_phi_N2000*s*.dat (*=s) contain phi and skewness of DeltaAB used in Figure 2c. The data from iii) and ii) were combined to make Figure 2d. JAMMING (Figure 3) The data on the jamming soft sphere FIRE minimizations are in the folder jammingHS1. Inside jammingHS1, each subfolder is labeled by the number of particles N and polydispersity s like above. N432_s0.01 means that N=432 particles were used at s=0.01 polydispersity. Inside each N_432_s* are 5 files which contain all the data from all minimizations at a particular N=432 and s: i) allGaps2.dat contain all small gaps that are smaller than 1.0 and they can be used to make a similar Figure 3c. ii) allSpectraHessianGeometric.dat contain all eigenfrequencies of the hessian that is used to make Figure 3d. iii) allIPRGeometric.dat contain the IPR vs eigenfrequency and is used to make the inset of Figure 3d. iv) allModesExtendedForces.dat contains all extended contact forces and is used in Figure 3a. v) allModesLocalizedForces.dat contains all localized contact forces and is used in Figure 3b. The matlab scripts make the plots Figure2a-d, Figure 3a-d and Figure S1 as labeled.
