The .csv files contain all the raw block threshold currents (in terms of half of peak-to-peak amplitude, in mA) for in vivo and in silico experiments from the publication entitled "Non-monotonic kilohertz frequency neural block thresholds arise from amplitude- and frequency-dependent charge imbalance" (Peña et al 2021 Scientific Reports). The list below describes each of the files. For details on how the data was generated, please see the associated publication cited above. Note that NaN threshold values in simulations refer to cases where only excitation occurred, as described in the cited publication: - in_silico_const_and_amp_dep_DC_thresh.csv: Source data for Figure 3(a), 3(b), 3(c), and 3(d) of publication. Data consists of in silico block thresholds (in mA) across frequencies, DC offset types, and DC offset values. - in_silico_amp_and_freq_dep_thresholds.csv: Source data for Figure 3(e), 3(f), and 5(a) of publication. Data consists of in silico block thresholds (in mA) across frequencies and charge imbalance values for amplitude- and frequency-dependent charge imbalances. - in_vivo_amp_and_freq_dep_thresholds.csv: Source data for Figure 4(a), 4(b), and 5(b) of publication. Data consists of in vivo block thresholds (in mA) across frequencies and charge imbalance values for amplitude- and frequency-dependent charge imbalances. - in_silico_DC_vs_KHF_components.csv: Source data for Figure 6(b), 6(c) of publication. Data consists of in silico block thresholds (in mA) across frequencies for original waveforms, KHF components only, and DC components only in the presence of amplitude- and frequency-dependent charge imbalances. - in_silico_thresholds_across_fiberD.csv: Source data for Figure 7 of publication. Data consists of in silico block thresholds (in mA) across frequencies and fiber diameters for sample amplitude- and frequency-dependent charge imbalances.
