P1 is located in Back Sound, while P2-3 and F1-3 are located in the Shallotte River Estuary. The two objectives of the study are divided into UAS_SfM_Replicability and UAS_SfM_TLS. The UAS_SfM_Replicability data are subsequent flights and parsed imagery datasets over one reef to test the variability of the SfM process using independent image sets. The UAS_SfM_TLS data are a series of image sets and concurrent terrestrial LiDAR scans over different reefs to assess how SfM photogrammetry 3D products compare to those generated from TLS products using a variety of structural metrics. 3. Terrestrial laser scanning was also conducted concurrently on study reefs. 2.
