This folder contains scripts and data to help illustrate the calculations explained in detail in the chapter "Obtaining Soft Matter Models of Proteins and their Phase Behavior" by Irem Altan and Patrick Charbonneau. The data for the calculations come from a previous publication: Fusco et al., Soft Matter, 2014, 10, 290-302. Files contained in this folder: - patchyModelDataProcess.ipynb --> Jupyter notebook detailing the calculations and reproducing figures in the chapter. - phaseData.py --> some python scripts used by the Jupyter notebook for the phase diagram calculation - saddle_point_yk4.nb --> Mathematica notebook to calculate orientational free energy of the Einstein crystal - data --> folder containing data from simulations (used by the Jupyter notebook and the plots).
