• This R project provides two scripted examples of the methods executed in Schaffer-Smith et al. 2018.
  Quantifying shorebird habitat in managed wetlands by modeling shallow water depth dynamics. Ecological Applications.
  
  1) "Figure3_example_water_depth_volume_optimal_habitat_distributions_sact41c1" provides the code used to generate components of Figure 3.
  
  2) "Figure7_example_historical_flood_depth_habitat_distributions_sact41c1" provides the code used to generate components of Figure 7.
  
  NOTES:
  Additional data from another part of the Duke Digital Repository is required to execute the Figure 7 script.
  The water extent time series maps referenced in this script can be found under Spring Water/non-water extent in the Sacramento Valley of California 1983-2015 > single_date_water_extent_maps.zip.
