- An interview with Victoria Parnell by Bri’Yon Watts. Conducted November 10, 2021 via Zoom. Victoria Pannell is an African-American woman and Harlem, New York native youth activist. Pannell’s activism work is centered around the liberation of black people, uplifting and further centralizing black women, and human trafficking. After years of mentoring and interning under Al Sharpton and company, and her own investments in human rights work, she has been able to utilize all her acquired knowledge to support said movements in real time.
