Data from: Fourier Lightfield Multiview Stereoscope for Large Field-of-View 3D Imaging in Microsurgical Settings

  • This data was collected with our novel imaging system: the Fourier Lightfield Multi-view Stereoscope, which captures 48 multi-perspective images of a sample over a 28 x 37 mm field-of-view. This data can be used alongside our published algorithm (Github found here: https://github.com/clarebcook/FiLMScope) to reconstruct 3D models and video of the samples.
