- In order to explore the functions of periostine in tumor microenvoironment, we have tested the gene expression using RNAseq analysis with HEYA8 cells cultured in periostine high conditioned medium. The periostine high conditioned medium was generated from3T3-L1 cells that have the over-expression of periostine gene.
