- Raw proton NMR fid files for compounds synthesized as part of a dissertation work. Data was collected on 400 MHz Varian Inova spectrometer or a 500 MHz MHz Bruker NEO spectrometer with an iProbe SmartProbe in a variety of deuterated solvents including CDCl3, DMSO-d6, CD3OD, and others. NMR files are included unprocessed and in their entirety. NMR samples were collected on dates ranging from June 2020 through May 2024. Processing, not included, was intended for the MestreLab Mnova software. Files are included as .zip files containing all information necessary for analysis of NMR including .fid files. Each zip file corresponds to one NMR sample.
