- An interview with A’Niya Taylor by Isabel Oliver. Conducted September 19, 2021 via Zoom. A’Niya Taylor is a youth activist and poet from Baltimore, Maryland. She has been involved in and had leadership roles in several human rights organizations, including March for Our Lives and DewMore Baltimore. A’Niya’s activism is intersectional, but the movement she is most passionate about is ending gun violence. A’Niya is also an accomplished poet and believes in the power of artivism: activism through art.
