Data from: Investigating the Influence of Red Blood Cell Heterogeneity on Cell Transport and Blood Flow Hemodynamics

Public

  • This is the dataset associated with paper "Investigating the Influence of Red Blood Cell Heterogeneity on Cell Transport and Blood Flow Hemodynamics", currently under the review process. The data were generated from simulations using HARVEY, a massively parallel fluid-structure-interaction solver. In the study, we simulated red blood cell and cancer cell transport in representative geometries (cylinder, bifurcaction, coronary stenosis, and expanded channel) with red blood cell distribution width {0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%}. For this dataset, we include one representative simulation in each condition to illustrate the simulation result. Please refer to the paper method section for more details for study design.
