Training, Validation, and Testing Labels and Tiles

• Please note: Albatross_LabeledTiles.zip and Penguin_LabeledTiles.zip must be uncompressed before running any code.
  
  Albatross_Labeled_Tiles: These are all the tiles and associated labels for training, validation, and testing. All tiles and label files should be kept in the same folder. Labels are in the format expected by RetinaNet: path/to/image.png,x1,y1,x2,y2,class_name; albatross_classes.csv: class name to ID mapping file; albatross_alltiles_final.csv: raw CSV file from manual labeling in VIA VGG Software.
